Whether a location operates Monday to Friday 9 – 5 or seven days a week 24 hours a day we have the food, menus, people, service and support to provide a great catering facility.
Whether it’s a small single counter offering great home cooked food for lunch or a food court with wide range of counters and food locations open 24 hours a day we will provide catering service to suit all your requirements.
Education
Our experience shows that the key to successful catering in colleges is choice, therefore we intend to reflect what is happening in the high street! We allow total flexibility to cater for all tastes and life style choices, from the “Coffee Culture”, “Cool Deli” to the more traditional and regional dishes.
To promote the service we introduce an ongoing range of incentives, promotions, marketing ideas, theme days and meal specials. For example loyalty cards which build up to free meals, prize draws giving students the chance to win games consoles – so there is always something new and exciting. The use of college notice boards and intranet systems can be helpful in advising students and colleagues of menus and services available.
Encouraging students to eat a varied and healthier diet is not easy; we actively encourage this by:
- Ensuring balanced food choices are always available
- Using bright and innovative marketing techniques
- Keeping the menu interesting and varying foods, colours, textures and flavours
- Keeping an eye on what customers are eating. If there are unpopular items, we will replace them
- Provide for students with special dietary requirements, i.e. gluten free, dairy free, etc…
