Independent contract caterer 7 Day Catering has named Jayne Enskat as Marketing Manager.
Reporting to John Hamill, Regional Operations Director, her remit will focus on maximising the customer experience, whilst driving sales throughout client sites. Jayne’s most recent role was as Senior Brand Manager for SSP, where she had responsibility for the £40m bars brand business in rail and air.
7 Day Catering secures £250,000 contract

7 Day Catering, the UK’s leading independent contract catering company has won a three year contract worth a quarter of a million pounds to provide full catering services to Documetric in Rotherham.
The technology led business process provider, delivers transactional and managed services in the areas of finance, back office processes and secure data management.
The deal will see 7 Day Catering provide meals for up to 250 staff a day, managed by a dedicated team of three across the breakfast and lunch offering.
Three new management appointments for 7 Day Catering

7 Day Catering, the UK’s leading independent contract catering company, has announced three new appointments to the business. Kath Wright and Richard Bright join as Operations Managers, with Mark Palmer as General Manager.
Kath joins the southern team, headed by Regional Director, Robert Jessey, to work with clients in the South East. Her remit will cover the further development of business locations with responsibility for 12 contracts. Her most recent role was as Operations Manager at Caterlink, where she had full accountability for profit and loss, together with compilation and tracking of client and company budgets.
Richard Bright will assume responsibility for Sainsbury’s locations in the South West. Richard joins the business from Avenance, where he was responsible for providing catering services to 43 Wessex Brigade Territorial Army and Cadet Forces.
Mark Palmer will join the team at Tesco’s Head Office in Cheshunt. A former General Manager at Charlton House Catering Services, Mark was responsible for the financial management of the catering contract for the Civil Aviation Authority based at Gatwick Airport.
