7 Day Catering are pleased to announce the appointment of John Sluman as Executive Chef for the company.
John had for a number of months been working at 7 Day Catering’s restaurant at Lime Pictures, the Merseyside based television production company founded by Brookside producer Phil Redmond. His work at the Liverpool site has helped to build the business, through new menu ideas and staff development.
In his new role as executive chef he will be focussing on 7 Day Catering’s Healthy 4U offering, developing new and existing business, working alongside the sales team, and staff training and development as well as planning new menus and initiatives. Moreover, he will be working closely to develop existing and new VIP and event catering facilities.

7 Day Catering and Debenhams are celebrating after picking up an award for their healthy eating initiative from Peterborough Primary Care Trust (PCT).
The award recognises the efforts made on behalf of 7 Day Catering to ensure that all members of staff at Debenhams, one of the 150 contracts they run across the UK, have access to healthy eating options in their restaurant.
Bosch HQ powering the worforce with 7 Day's catering

After a competitive tendering process involving the Bosch Group’s shared service division and HR director, 7 Day Catering were awarded the catering contract for the companies site in Denham.
The Bosch Group chose 7 Day Catering’s catering service after careful market research into the eating habits of its workforce and found its tailored approach refreshing.
Joanna Hudson, Corporate Communications Manager for Robert Bosch Ltd, commented on the implementation of the catering service:
“We know we can totally really on the catering team to deliver to a high standard. Having access to the Operations Manager is incredibly important to us, and knowing they are not spread too thinly means that we can call them with any problem and it will be sorted out quickly."
