Chairman
Mark founded 7 Day Catering in 1990 as a direct response to a cry for help from a customer. From that point forward Mark has ensured that the key foundations of food, people and service are at the forefront of everything that 7 Day Catering does.

Henry Watts
Managing Director
Before joining 7 Day Catering, Henry developed his management experience with BDO where he completed training as an accountant.

David Griffiths
Operations Director
A catering professional with over 32 years contract catering experience, David has an excellent knowledge and understanding of the contract catering business having worked throughout the UK and in North America. He has developed the operations at 7 Day Catering giving direction and leadership and setting the standards for the company.

Mark Johnson MIH
Sales Director
A sales and marketing professional with excellent European and general management experiences and a background in catering. Mark has developed the sales and marketing process at 7 Day Catering, giving direction and leadership. Prior to this his career had been in the beverage machine marketplace including general management of a UK subsidiary.

Regional Operations Director

Lindsey Buckley - Chartered MCIPD
Human Resources Director
Lindsey has a wide range of knowledge and experience of the foodservice industry, currenty taking responsibility for human resources, training and development at 7 Day Catering. She is focused on further developing HR strategies for the organisation, including Investors in People and ISO 9001, together with creating a framework for future training programmes.

Robert Jessey
Regional Operations Director
Robert started with 7 Day Catering as an Operations Manager, before moving into a Directors role. He has a craft skills catering background of 30 years with the majority of that in the city and west end. Robert builds strong client relationships and focuses on team performance’s and achievements.

Martyn Stockwin
Regional Operations Director
Martyn is true testament to 7 Day Catering’s internal development programme. Having started out with 7 Day Catering as an Assistant Manager at one location, Martyn has worked his way up the ladder with a passion to deliver excellence at every level. Prior to joining the contract catering sector, he had worked in management teams for several hotels and restaurants.

John Hamill
Regional Operations Director
John has a strong mix of experience in both the branded restaurant and contract catering sectors. Having worked in restaurant operations around Europe and in Asia, he is continuously looking for new and better ways to deliver for our clients and customers. With a real passion for customer service, John’s goal is to bring the service levels and marketing initiatives we see in some of the better high street brands, right to our clients in the contract sector.
